Training
We offer project based trainings facilitated by industry professionals tailored to meet market needs and proffer solutions to complex problems.
Internship
Upon successful completion of the learning period (3 months), our students are attached to companies and organisations to undergo a compulsory internship period.
Mentorship
This is designed to guide students through the waters of a new career path. Each student is paired with a mentor who provides career advice, counsel, and encouragement
Employment
Talent Dev. provides each student (who went through the complete process) employment opportunities at partner companies sourcing for our talents.
